Suada

Suada is Dr. Chai’s full-time hygienist and has been Dr. Chai’s longest-serving and trusted member on his team. Having been at the office already when Dr. Chai took over from Dr. Hutt, she has been providing top quality care for our patients for over 25 years now. Always kind and courteous and in a great mood, patients often request her by name, which is a testament to her skills and her dedication to patient comfort. When she is not at work, Suada enjoys spending time with her beautiful daughters, her little dog Gwennie, and shopping!

What do you enjoy most in your role: 'I enjoy creating relationships with patients, seeing kids grow up and turn into adults, and seeing their children as patients.  Making patients feel at ease and making their dental visit enjoyable'.  

If you could have a superpower, what would it be?  'My superpower would be to teleport.  I love to travel and this would make it so much easier.'

Which famous person or character on the wall at BFD would you most like to meet?  'I would like to meet The Rock - Dwayne Johnson, he seems to be a very nice and good person.  I enjoy his movies, especially 'The Game Plan'.

Jennifer

Jennifer is a Certified Dental Assistant who has been serving patients here for over 5 years.

What do you enjoy most in your role: 'I like being able to build relationships with my patients and helping them get their smile back!'

If you could have a superpower, what would it be?  'If I had a superpower it would have to be controlling the weather.  Living in Canada I would like to have more hot weather than cold!'

Which famous person or character on the wall at BFD would you most like to meet?  'Keanu Reeves.  I admire all the work he has done to raise awareness for animal rights.'

Dr. Jesse Chai

Dr. Chai is our fearless leader, owner of Bradford Family Dentistry, and lead Dentist.  He loves providing caring, professional dental care to the community and strives to make every visit a fantastic one.  Dr. Chai is proud to have created first pop-culture themed dental clinic in Ontario and all of the amazing things you'll find in the clinic share his passion for movies, superheroes, celebrities, sports, and Disney.   Dr. Chai is proud of the BFD team, the clinic, the awards we've won, and most of all the amazing relationships we have with our patients.

What do you enjoy most in your role: ''I enjoy doing the dentistry and talking to patients on what is possible with their mouth. I wanted to be a doctor for most of my life as I wanted to help people and when patients come to me for their care, that is what I want to do, I want to help them. So being a trusted advisor to my patients about their oral health and treating any issues they may have and helping them get better is what I really enjoy. There is no better feeling for me than helping a patient get out of pain, or helping them eat again, or sleep better, or helping them smile again. When I can help make such a positive impact on a patient's life like that, that's what makes it worth it."

If you could have a superpower, what would it be?  ''Telekinesis. Imagine being able to move objects with your mind, I think that would be cool. You could technically fly with that ability which would be cool. it would make it easier to work on someone with a small mouth that is for sure as I wouldn't have to use my hands 🙂 And for my fellow Star Wars fans, it would be the closest thing to using the Force!"

Which famous person or character on the wall at BFD would you most like to meet?  "It's a toss-up between Chris Hemsworth who plays Thor, or Gal Gadot who plays Wonder Woman. Both did such a great job portraying these awesome superheroes that to I grew up reading about in the comics that to me, meeting them would be the closest to meeting these heroes in real life. Also I have read that both stars are super nice and down to earth."

Dr. Danish (Dr. D.)

Dr. Danish received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree for class of 2022 from the University of Toronto. As a recent graduate, he prides himself in providing top quality dental care to patients in a calm and effective manner, taking an empathetic approach to all clients.

In addition, Dr. Danish provides quality dental care in all aspects of Dentistry and is also certified to provide minimal sedation through nitrous oxide to patients experiencing anxiety. Throughout his education, he has displayed a great affinity for oral surgery, restorative dentistry, cosmetic dentistry and is looking to pursue continuing education courses to further his skill set in these fields.

He believes that respect, open dialogue, and informed consent are some of the most important principles to create trust and a meaningful relationships with his patients to provide them with the best care.

Dr. Danish is an avid fan of pop-culture, and loves to workout and strength train. He is very excited about this next journey and joining the Bradford community to enjoy the great outdoors and even greater people!
